We are looking for:

  • A partner of the people hub, who will be reponsible to help HR prioritize initiatives and simplify global standards to maintain an efficient organization.

We count on you for:

  • Set-up global standards framework, in order to ensure focus on selected set of global standards and end-to-end efficiency in HR services
  • Design and roll-out methodology to present new strategic initiatives through solid business cases and prioritize based on business value and efforts
  • Set up and activate multi disciplinary & multi expertise team leveraging on every pillar of the HR structure
  • Translation of business strategy and priorities into HR ones
  • Prioritization of HR projects in alignment with budget and strategy
  • Efficient use of resources

You will bring:

  • Senior expertise (8-10 years experience)
  • Master degree in a related area
  • Experience working with the different pillars of HR
  • Experience in leadership and communication towards leaderships roles and program management
  • Data literacy and financial savvy
  • Deep understanding of end to end HR processes
  • Business partnering experience
  • Capacity to prioritise initiatives within the HR Strategy according to business priorities
  • Decision-making & presentation
  • Good stakeholders management capacity
  • Nice to have: consulting experience
